good day everyone. My name is Kamilia Prastika Putri, I
am one of the contributors in this health event. First of all, I would like to
praise and thanks to God because his grace we can gather in very good
condition. In this occasion I’m going to talk about how to deal with insomnia. Insomnia is a
disorder that causing someone to have difficulty sleeping. Well, I was suffering my insomnia disorder for
last one year. It happened because I had so much stress at the that time, it’s
hard for me to deal with my insomnia. Sometimes I can’t close my eyes properly
when my body feels tired and sometimes I don’t feel sleepy after stay awake for
15 hours. Insomnia can affect our body’s performance and cause some troubles

he conveys insomnia can lead to the risk of physical ailments such as stroke,
seizures, obesity, inflammation, etc. Then another the risk of insomnia can
affect mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety increases. It can also
increase the risk of accidents due to fatigue and lack of sleep at night.

are several tips how to overcome insomnia. Firstly, eat healthy food. We should avoid eating foods before bed that
contain high saturated fat such as junk food. This can cause the digestive system
to heavy, it will difficult for the body to rest. Otherwise you can choose
light and healthy foods such as fruit, cracker or yogurt. Secondly, try to stay
positive. Think positively and stay calm because insomnia can be more easily
affected by people who are anxious and worry excessively. You can try
meditation to stay calm.

sleep hygiene to help sleep easier. By placing a desk, computer, and TV outside
the bedroom and adjusting the temperature and lighting to create a comfortable
sleeping space. Choose a pillow that is not too high to avoid stiff shoulders

important to try a healthy lifestyle. This can be achieved by adjusting your
